2-Ingredient Pancakes

IMG_8174Ingredients:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Egg

Yields:

  • Serves 1
  • 3 Pancakes

Directions:

For this recipe I first mashed up the banana with a fork in a bowl. After the banana was mashed I then added the egg and mixed it together very well. Using a small, greased pan on low-medium heat I added a bit of the mixture to the pan and flipped the pancake when I started seeing a lot of small bubbles forming on the top of the pancake.

My Thoughts:

This recipe is super filling and I was full and satisfied after eating my three pancakes! This is also a really quick and easy breakfast that you can take with you to work or school and tastes just as good re-heated.
