Warm Up

200 m choice

Work Out

8 X 50 m flutter kick on 2:00

200 m shallow (run), deep (swim)

200 m slow to the black line, fast to the wall

4 X 50 m on 1:30 (if not free 1:45)

Cool Down

150 m choice
