Favourite Fragrances

March 8, 2016

Today’s post is a short one because it is so hard to describe fragrances! I have two all-time favourite fragrances that I switch between every day. Both fragrances have a powdery floral smell. I have one small disclaimer, and the same thing happens to me with every perfume, I cannot spray perfume directly on my chest or neck because it will give me a big rash and make me break out. I can spray perfume on the inside of my wrists with no ill effects but my neck and chest are just way too sensitive, so I spray it on my clothes instead.

Chloe

The Chloe fragrance has notes of pink peony, freesia, lychee, magnolia flower, lily of the valley, rose, cedarwood, amber and honey. This fragrance smells more flowery and sweet than the Miss Dior fragrance but I still find them quite similar. I usually choose this fragrance for special occasions or date nights.

Dior, Miss Dior

The Dior Miss Dior fragrance has notes of Italian mandarin essence, Egyptian jasmine absolute, and Indonesian patchouli essence. I find perfumes with patchouli in them smell almost deeper and muskier, if that makes sense. Fragrances are so hard to describe! I usually wear this fragrance during the day or to work.

I love them both, unfortunately they don’t smell all that good on me 🙁 But on others I love it. I’m your newest follower. I hope you can find some time to stop by my site 😉 I’ll be back to visit soon.
