Welcome to the new Fitness Fridays series! We have another new blogger joining the Sincerely, Juliette Blog team! The new bloggers name is Stephanie. Steph is a really active and outgoing person. She’s super compassionate and loves to help people. Steph is an avid camper and hiker and she always takes her dog Duke along on her adventures (Duke is a cockapoo). Steph has a love of kinesiology, a large background in a mulititude of sports and experience as a water fitness instructor, Steph knows some great exercise routines and healthy eating tips that you will find super helpful!
