Sephora and MAC Haul

June 30, 2016

Hi Everyone!

I recently made an online purchase at Sephora online and in-store at MAC which was originally just supposed to be a few things but some new product releases really caught my eye and I had to have them. Another reason I love to do online shopping at Sephora is because it is so easy to pick out samples and use bonus codes to get extra deluxe samples as well.

I purchased the following products in my haul:

IMG_6446Too Faced Better Than Sex Waterproof Mascara, I absolutely love the original formula and I needed another waterproof mascara and I can’t wait to give it a try.

Clinique Lash Power Mascara Long-Wearing Formula in Black Onyx, this is one of my favourite mascaras and I ran out of my last one so I needed to repurchase. You can find my previous review of this product here.

Velour Silk Lashes in Fluff’n Edgy, I love the look of long fluffy false lashes and I’ve tried to get used to wearing lashes lately and I’m hoping that better, quality lashes are more comfortable than ones I’ve tried in the past.

Cover FX Custom Enhancer Drops in Celestial and Sunlight, I have seen a ton of hype about these product on YouTube lately and they look incredibly beautiful. I had a hard time deciding which shade to buy so I got two! Any new highlighting products always rope me in and I can’t help myself, even if I have a similar shade in my collection already. The video that really sold me on these products is a makeup tutorial by Jaclyn Hill that you can find here. I feel like Jaclyn’s bronzey highlighted makeup tutorial will be my go to look for the majority of the summer.

IMG_6444MAC Cosmetics Lipstick in Creme Cup (Cremesheen), I went into MAC looking for a specific shade of pale, pink nude, I tried on a ton of colours before finding this one and I was hoping for something a bit more opaque but this colour is almost exactly what I had in mind and I’m very happy with it so far.

MAC Cosmetics Fix+ Spray, I totally love this product and ran out of the last one I had so this is a repurchase.

I love online shopping because you’re able to read product reviews and filter products based on your needs and see how it’s rated and if it will be worth your money before you actually buy the product. Because of my online shopping habits Ebates sounded like a great program for me so I signed up. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it is to earn cashback and how quickly it actually adds up. So many of the stores I already do online shopping at are connected with Ebates which is great for me! At first I thought Ebates was too good to be true but after reading through how it works it makes sense and I’m really glad I started using it. With just this Sephora haul alone I’ve made $20 cash back which is amazing! All you have to do is sign-up on  their website and then when you’re ready to shop just click on the desired store’s link in the Ebates website and you’ll be redirected and they keep track of how much you’ve spent and will calculate your cash back. I’m not trying to push this service because I’m getting anything out of it, I just think it’s awesome because I do the online shopping anyway so why not get money back while doing it?

Comeback in about two weeks and I’ll create a haul update post to let you know how I feel about these products!

Thanks for reading!
